Tight spaces. Water. Spiders. Airplanes. Public speaking. One or more can make the average person fall prey to sweaty palms, nervous shakes and an inability to act in a rational manner.
Sounds slightly familiar, eh? No, I am not drawing an exact parallel between these serious phobias and the chaos currently being felt throughout the business world. But you’ve got to admit, the stress has reached blinking-red-light, blaring-buzzer levels that could make some of us enter “fight or flight” mode awful quickly!
Evolution has taught us that when we perceive a significant threat to us, we ready ourselves either for a fight to the death or a desperate flight from certain defeat by a clearly superior adversary.
But who says our adversary—the volatile market—is superior? Isn’t that akin to giving in? And if we give in now, doesn’t that mean less money for us down the road?
I don’t know about you, but I’m willing to fight (almost) to the death before unclenching the reigns to stock portfolio prosperity!

A panic is spreading like a cold among preschoolers! Everyone seems to be in this frenzied, high-alert state. Don’t get caught up in it. Disable any paranoid thinking about how this market might go and instead resolve to stay focused and most of all, sane!
There ARE moneymaking avenues. It’s time for you to take advantage. It’s just that simple!
Begin by scooping up these two gems when the price is right:
Apollo Group Inc. (APOL) — If there’s any chart to be excited about, this is it! Apollo Group is a huge educational program provider (think University of Phoenix and a number of other nationally known universities) and is one to stock to keep an eye on. Not to say that there won’t be volatility, but man, this chart is just rocking. Quite simply, this is a high-beta stock in a massive ascending triangle pattern that is incredibly bullish and happens to be a bargain as well! Buy under $75.
Broadcom Corporation (BRCM) — You’ve heard of Broadcom for sure. They design and supply semiconductors which, according to their website, “enable the delivery of voice, video, data, and multimedia to and throughout the home, the office, and the mobile environment.” (Couldn’t have said it better myself.) BRCM is going in a bullish trend reversal like a lot of chip stocks right now. (That’s a positive thing by the way.) We’re thinking about the big picture here folks, okay? So if you consider yourself a strict day trader, stay away. For people that are looking for good stocks to ride all the way up to the chip rally—look no further than BRCM! Buy under $25. If it goes to major support, buy, buy and then buy some more!

The Power of One
You have no doubt heard the story of the French trader accused of “massive fraud” who caused the second largest bank in France to suffer losses over $7 billion.
But more than that—though, yes, that does seem like quite enough—this rogue trader managed to dupe the Fed, every trader and even the White House.
