Oh, yes! This market is smokin’! The summer slump is over — and fall is just beginning to bear its best fruit.
Though none of this rocking rally behavior is a surprise to me (nor to any of you who have been reading Trade Talk Weekly in the last several weeks). Nonetheless, I am basking in the glow of my long-standing parabolic predictions coming to life! (If you want to feel just as confident, join me now!)
Last week I talked about the many benefits of share buybacks. But those are just the tip of the iceberg in terms of why this market is exploding right now. Let’s look over the other top contributing factors:
- Insider selling is down 40%
- People are taking bigger risks in the most speculative sectors (like Biotech, for example) causing shorts to short-circuit!
- Margin debt is at multi-month lows
- The $NAMO (known for its turning-point prediction capabilities) made new multi-year highs
- The Fed’s latest interest rate cut is likely to spawn more cuts. (Historically, the Fed has never lowered rates once and stopped.)
Quite simply, we are primed for a significant rally — the likes of which we traders haven’t seen in many years. I can’t speak for you but I am ready and willing to be showered with profits.
If you feel the same, then I beg you to turn a deaf ear to those naysayers out there urging you to sell your stocks and take your “best” profits while you can. I don’t know where they are getting this wayward information but they couldn’t be more WRONG.
This is just the beginning. The best is truly yet to come.

- Under Armour, Inc. engages in the design, development, marketing, and distribution of a range of apparel and accessories utilizing various synthetic microfiber fabrications in the United States and internationally. The company was founded in 1995 and is headquartered in Baltimore, Maryland.
