The food services segment develops a menu that meets the residents' dietary needs, purchasing and preparing the food to assure that residents receive an appetizing meal, and participation in monitoring the residents' on-going nutritional status. It also provides consulting services to facilities in updating their food service operations. Healthcare Services Group was founded in 1976 and is based in Bensalem, Pennsylvania.
