The Commercial Solutions segment includes Back Bay Technologies, Inc.; INRANGE Consulting Corporation; Delta Communications Group; and Whitbread Technology Partners, Inc. These companies provide full lifecycle, end-to-end business solutions, including services to initiate, develop, and implement e-business systems; application development; project management; business analysis; architecture design; package customization; testing and quality assurance and implementation management; implementation of enterprise resource planning, supply chain management, and customer relationship management systems; and voice and data communications network integration solutions that include the provision of hardware, peripheral equipment, and telecommunications lines for voice and data communications networks, as well as related security and design services. The Government Solutions segment includes the company's wholly owned subsidiary, Paragon Dynamics, Inc., which provides technology engineering and project management services to the U.S. Federal Government either as a direct contractor or as a subcontractor to prime U.S. defense contractors. Paragon Dynamics specializes in providing software and satellite engineering services focusing on government and aerospace satellite and IT infrastructure contracts. The company was founded in 2000 and was formerly known as Planet Zanett. Zanett is headquartered in New York City.
