Watson Wyatt Worldwide's Human Capital Group provides compensation plans, including broad-based and executive compensation, stock, and other long-term incentive programs; strategies to align workforce performance; organizational effectiveness consulting; strategies for attracting, retaining, and motivating employees; and performance management. In addition, the company offers communication consulting services, as well as global compensation, benefits, and employment practices information. Watson Wyatt Worldwide offers its services to corporations, growth companies, government agencies, and nonprofit organizations in North America, Latin America, and the Asia-Pacific. The company was founded in 1946. It was formerly known as Watson Wyatt & Company Holdings and changed its name to Watson Wyatt Worldwide, Inc. in January 2006.
