The company also offers nonregulated natural gas, electric, and alternate fuel supplies, as well as energy management and consulting services, to retail and wholesale customers primarily in the northeastern quadrant of the United States and adjacent portions of Canada. WPS Resources was founded in 1883 and is based in Green Bay, Wisconsin.
