The company also offers a TCG-enabled CSP, which allows software developers to utilize the security of a TCG standards-based platform. The EMBASSY trust server applications include key transfer manager enterprise server for active directory, an application for managing trusted platforms. DSED management products include SmartIdentity, an optional service to verify a signer's identity; SmartSignature, a digital signature application; SmartSAFE, a Web-based document management application; and SmartConnect. The EMBASSY trust system is a co-processor cryptographic subsystem and supporting infrastructure that is designed to provide security functions, such as hidden processing of software applications, and the storage of cryptographic keys and encrypted data. In addition, Wave Systems offers data broadband content distribution products. It distributes its products to enterprise, government, and consumer markets. The company was incorporated in 1988 as Indata Corp. and changed its name to Cryptologics International, Inc. in 1989. Further, the company changed its name to Wave Systems Corp. in 1993. Wave Systems is headquartered in Lee, Massachusetts.
