Stock Profile
The investment seeks to track the performance of a benchmark index that measures the investment return of small- and mid-capitalization stocks. The fund employs a passive management strategy designed to track the performance of the Standard & Poors Completion Index, a broadly diversified index of stocks of small and medium-size U.S. companies which trade regularly on the NYSE, AMEX, or OTC markets. It typically invests substantially all of its assets in the 1,200 largest stocks in its target index, thus covering nearly 80% of the Index's total market capitalization while maintaining a representative sample of the remainder.
