The GES segment provides exhibition and event services, which include show planning and production; floor plan design and layout; decorating, graphics, and signage; and furniture, carpet and fixture procurement, and rental. It offers these services to various show organizers, including venues, trade associations, and show management companies. This segment also provides exhibit design, construction, refurbishment, storage, and rental services, including related show services, such as logistics and transportation; material handling, electrical, plumbing, rigging and cleaning; and exhibit installation and dismantling. The Exhibitgroup segment engages in custom design and construction of convention and trade show exhibits and displays for corporate customers. This segment also refurbishes and leases exhibits; designs and builds kiosks and permanent displays; and provides exhibit transportation, installation, dismantling, and warehousing services. The Travel and Recreation Services segment provides tourism services in the Canadian Rockies in Alberta and in other parts of Western Canada. This segment manages The Banff Gondola and Columbia Icefield Ice Explorer tours; provides motorcoach services; offers charter and package tours, and other sightseeing services; and hotel operations and travel agencies. It also operates four historic lodges and three motor inns, and provides food and beverage operations, retail operations, and tour and transportation services in and around Glacier National Park in Montana and Waterton Lakes National Park in Alberta, Canada. The company is headquartered in Phoenix, Arizona.
