As of September 30, 2005, The Citizens Savings Bank had nine branches located in Bridgeport, Colerain, Dellroy, Dover, Jewett, New Philadelphia, St. Clairsville, Sherrodsville, and Strasburg, Ohio; and The Community Bank had six offices located in Amesville, Glouster, Lancaster, and Nelsonville, Ohio. The company was founded in 1974 and is headquartered in Martins Ferry, Ohio.
