Its financial and city solutions include modular fund accounting systems, such as modules for general ledger, budget preparation, fixed assets, purchase orders, bid management, accounts payable and receivable, contract and investment management, inventory control, project and grant accounting, work orders, job costing, GASB 34 reporting, payroll, and human resources. TTI also offers products to automate various city functions, such as municipal courts, parking tickets, equipment and project costing, animal and business licenses, permits and inspections, code enforcement, citizen complaint tracking, ambulance billing, fleet maintenance, and cemetery records management. It also provides courts and justice solutions that include a suite of products from the initiation of incidents in computer-aided dispatch/emergency 911 systems through the process of arrest, court appearances, and final disposition to probation. In addition, the company's property appraisal and tax solutions provide systems and software that automate the appraisal and assessment of real and personal property; inquiry and protest tracking; appraisal and tax roll generation; tax statement processing; and electronic state-level reporting. Additionally, its document management systems record and index information for various documents maintained at the courthouse, such as deeds, mortgages, liens, and UCC financing statements. Further, TTI provides IT services, including software and hardware installation, data conversion, training, and product modifications, as well as offers outsourced property appraisal services for taxing jurisdictions. TTI was founded in 1966 and is based in Dallas, Texas.
