The Communications segment provides network planning, engineering, site acquisition, construction, and construction management services to telecommunications companies, wireless service providers, and cable operators. The company serves federal, state, and local government agencies and commercial and international clients. Tetra Tech was founded in 1966 and is headquartered in Pasadena, California.
