It offers pre-sales marketing and prospecting products, which include Chrome Carbook, PC Carbook, and Carbook Fleet edition that provide automotive specification and pricing information; and WebsitePlus that enables visitors to a dealer's Web site to submit credit application data online. The company's sales products comprise SalesMaker, a profit management system that enables dealers to search the financing source programs in its database; and Credit Reports, which enables the dealer to use the consumer's credit report to determine an appropriate automobile and financing package for that particular consumer. Its finance and insurance products primarily consist of ALG Residual Value Guides for forecasting the residual value of vehicles; BookOut, which enables the dealer to look up used automobile values by year/make/model or vehicle identification number for use in the credit application process; ToolKit, which enables dealers to transmit a consumer's credit application information to one or multiple financing sources; DealWatch that provides a method to sign, store, and protect customer and financing activity at the dealership; and ExactID, which assists in validating customer's identity and Office of Foreign Assets Control status. The company's data and reporting products include ActivityReports, which provides dealers with reports about their financing and insurance operations; ALG Data Services that provides vehicle residual value data to automotive industry participants; and Chrome New Vehicle Data that identifies automobile prices, as well as the standard and optional equipment available on particular automobiles. It also provides on-demand credit application and contract processing services to the indirect automotive finance industry in Canada. The company is headquartered in Lake Success, New York.
