The company's investment portfolio comprises obligations of US government corporations and agencies, obligations of states and political subdivisions, and corporate bonds. The Bank offers its services to local businesses, farmers and ranchers, retired individuals, and wage earners. As of June 30, 2005, the company operated 32 branch offices and 15 in-store branch offices in northern and central California. The company was founded in 1974 and is based in Chico, California.
