The call processing services provide wireless carriers global call handling and fraud management solutions that enable wireless subscribers from one carrier to make and accept telephone calls while roaming on another carrier's network. The enterprise solutions, through enterprise wireless data management platform, enable carriers to offer corporate customers reporting and analysis tools to manage telecom-related expenses. Syniverse Holdings also provides its network customers with access to various third-party intelligent network databases. The company offers its services to telecommunications service providers primarily in North America, Latin America, Asia Pacific, and Europe. Syniverse Holdings was founded in 1987 and was formerly known as GTE Telecommunication Services, Inc. The company is headquartered in Tampa, Florida.
