As of September 30, 2005, the company operated 50 offices located in Allegheny, Armstrong, Blair, Butler, Cambria, Clarion, Clearfield, Indiana, Jefferson, and Westmoreland counties of Pennsylvania. S&T was incorporated in 1983 and is headquartered in Indiana, Pennsylvania.
