The Sappi Forest Products segment produces commodity paper products, pulp, chemical cellulose, and forest and timber products. The company's customers include the printers, publishers, merchants, converters, and other direct consumers. Sappi distributes its products primarily through merchants in the United States, Europe, Asia, and southern Africa. The company was founded in 1936 and is headquartered in Johannesburg, South Africa.
