Therapy Services include physical, occupational, and speech therapy. Pharmacy Services are offered through three institutional pharmacies, to skilled nursing facilities and assisted living facilities. The company was founded as Fountain View, Inc. in 1997 and changed its name to Skilled Healthcare Group, Inc. in March 2003. The company is based in Foothill Ranch, California.
