The K-12 Services division provides various services to K-12 schools and school districts to enable primary and secondary school students and teachers in online and print-based assessment, professional development, and face-to-face instruction. The Admissions Services division sells Web-based applications, admissions, and prospect management products to educational institutions. This division also operates Princetonreview.com Web site that provides students, parents, and guidance counselors with additional information that helps them in selection of school, admissions, and financial aid processes. Princeton Review was founded by John S. Katzman in 1981. The company is headquartered in New York City.
