Its primary product lines comprise the Performer series of performance analyzers, including monitoring solutions for the cellular networks; the Omni-Q voice quality management solution; and the Prism series of multitechnology analyzers. The company's products include GEAR, a proprietary silicon chip for testing high speed links in full line rate and online; and a Private Network to Network Interface (PNNI) simulation product, which is a software application used to test ATM switches running the PNNI protocol. RADCOM's products are used in the development and manufacturing of network equipment, the installation of networks, and the ongoing maintenance of operational networks to facilitate fault management, performance monitoring and analysis, troubleshooting, and premediation. The company sells its products through independent manufacturer's representatives and a network of distributors. Its customers include data communications and telecommunications equipment developers and manufacturers, labs of telecommunication service providers, public telecommunications service providers, and large network owners. RADCOM was co-founded by Yehuda Zisapel and Zohar Zisapel. The company was incorporated in 1985 and is based in Tel Aviv, Israel.
