The PCR segment provides site-oriented technologies, such as point of sale (POS), self service kiosk, outside payment terminals, and integrated back office systems to petroleum and convenience retail operators. The company's store technology enables petroleum and convenience retailers to manage fuel, merchandise sales, foodservice, electronic payments, and customer loyalty programs. The HFS segment offers POS systems and integrated back office systems; self-service kiosks; customer loyalty programs; and electronic gift card, reporting and systems, and centralized data management services. It offers its products and services to fast food/quick service restaurants, table service restaurants, hotels, stadiums, and resorts. The Entertainment segment offers POS, self service kiosk, and site management technology to cinema operators. Its systems enable cinema operators to manage inventory, perform customer transactions, and schedule labor to meet variations in traffic. Its back-office software enables operators to manage employees and inventory, automate daily reports, analyze costs, and forecast results, as well as gather POS and management information, including current sales monitoring. Additionally, Radiant Systems provides professional services, including consulting, custom development, training, and integration; hardware and software maintenance, and telephone support services; and film management software and services. Radiant Systems was founded in 1985 and is headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia.
