The investment seeks investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield, before fees and expenses, of an equity index called the Dynamic Networking Intellidex. The fund will normally invest at least 80% of its assets in common stocks of networking companies. It will normally invest at least 90% of its assets in common stocks that comprise the Networking Intellidex. The Intellidex is comprised of 30 U.S. networking companies.
