PNC primarily invests in the obligations of U.S. Treasury and other U.S. Government agencies, obligation of states and political subdivisions, U.S. Government agencies' asset-backed securities, and other asset-backed and equity securities. As of July 18, 2005, the company operated 133 offices in 29 Ohio counties. Park National was formed in 1905 and is headquartered in Newark, Ohio.
