They include PN 100, a combination of lansoprazole and naproxen; and PN 200, a combination of omeprazole and naproxen. These product candidates are intended to provide management of pain and inflammation associated with conditions, such as osteoarthritis, with fewer gastrointestinal complications compared to an NSAID taken alone.
