The investment seeks investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield (before the Fund's fees and expenses) of an equity index called the Dynamic Retail Intellidex(SM) index The fund normally invests at least 80% of total assets in common stocks of retail companies. In pursuit of its objective, it may invest at least 90% of total assets in common stocks that comprise the Retail Intellidex. The Retail Intellidex is comprised of stocks of 30 U.S. retailers. It is nondiversified.
