Global Enterprise Solutions segment's products consist of production mail systems, sorting equipment, incoming mail systems, electronic statement, billing and payment solutions, and mailing software. The Capital Services segment provides financing for non Pitney Bowes equipment. The company markets its products and services through a network of offices in the U.S., as well as through subsidiaries, independent distributors, and dealers worldwide. The company was founded by Arthur Pitney and Walter Bowes in 1920. Pitney Bowes is headquartered in Stamford, Connecticut.
