Wholesale Finance System automates and manages the floor plan/bailment activities of dealerships through a finance company. The company's products also comprise InBanking, which is used in treasury, capital markets, and wholesale banking systems markets. NetSol Technologies also offers various professional services, comprising bespoke software development, software analysis and design, testing services, and consultancy in quality engineering and process improvement. Its services also include business process reengineering, business process outsourcing, system reengineering, maintenance and support of existing systems, technical research and development, project management, market research, and project feasibilities. The company has a strategic alliance with Intel Corporation. NetSol Technologies was founded in 1997. It was formerly known as NetSol International, Inc. and changed its name to NetSol Technologies, Inc. in 2002. The company is headquartered in Calabasas, California.
