These rights are held under contracts with local German exploration and development subsidiaries of ExxonMobil Corp. and the Royal Dutch/Shell Group of Companies. Royalties are received for sale of gas well gas, oil well gas, crude oil, distillate, and sulfur. The company was organized in 1975 and is based in Red Bank, New Jersey.
