The SDS segment engages in the design, development, and maintenance of the internal software systems used by Chinese government agencies and their related entities to process electronic filings, and the data exchange platforms. The CHS segment sells computer hardware and accessories. It markets its products through direct sales, authorized distributors, and third party franchises. The company was formed in 1995 and is headquartered in Beijing, China.
