Net Serviços, formerly known as Multicanal Participações S.A., was incorporated in 1994. It changed its name to Globo Cabo S.A. in 1998 and to Net Serviços de Comunicação S.A. in 2002. Net Serviços is headquartered in São Paulo, Brazil.
