Its customers include traditional telecommunications service providers, Internet telephony service providers, and Internet service providers. The company offers its products and services through its direct sales force, alliances, distributors, and resellers primarily in the Americas, Asia, Africa, and Europe. MIND C.T.I. was founded by Monica Eisinger in 1995 and is headquartered in Yoqneam, Israel.
