Moody's KMV segment develops and distributes credit assessment products and services for banks and investors in credit-sensitive assets, credit training services, and credit process software. The company maintains offices in 19 countries. Its customers include various corporate and governmental issuers of securities, as well as institutional investors, depositors, creditors, investment banks, commercial banks, and other financial intermediaries.
