The company offers other products that comprise defense sprays, personal alarms, biometric locks, home security alarms, whistles, door jammers, and window and door lock alarms, as well as provides KinderGard product line of child proof security locks, security literature for the domestic and foreign financial community, a dye-pack used by financial institutions for robbery protection, training videos, crisis response materials, and a tear gas system used in prisons. Mace Security operates car washes facilities that provide exterior washing and drying, vacuuming of the interior of the vehicle, dusting of dashboards and door panels, and cleaning of windows and glass; and truck wash facilities, which provide washing and waxing services for tractor-trailer and fleet transport vehicles. In addition, it offers other consumer products and related car care services, such as professional automotive detailing services, oil and lubrication services, gasoline dispensing services, state inspection services, convenience store sales, and merchandise. As of December 31, 2004, the company owned and operated 49 car washes and 5 truck washes primarily in Texas, Arizona, Florida, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, Indiana, and Ohio. Mace Security was founded in 1987 and is headquartered in Mount Laurel, New Jersey.
