The company's products portfolio comprises BioArchive System, a robotic liquid nitrogen storage system with integrated controlled rate freezer process to cryopreserve and archive units of cord blood stem cells in liquid nitrogen; BioArchive accessories and sterile single use disposables, such as over wrap bags, sealers, expressers, a manual retrieval device, protective storage canisters, processing bags, and freezing bags; ThermoLine Ultra-Rapid Plasma Thawers used for homogeneous thawing of frozen red blood cells or fresh frozen plasma before their transfusion; Ultra-Rapid Plasma Freezers that optimize plasma freezing through liquid heat transfer and uniform freezing technologies; AutoXpress System, designed to provide cord blood banks a semiautomated means of collecting mono-nuclear cells from cord blood into a fixed volume within a closed sterile bag; CryoSeal FS System, which produces fibrin sealant components from a single unit of autologous or single donor plasma in about one hour; and thrombin processing device, a sterile single use disposable that can produce approximately 8 ml of activated thrombin from an 11 ml aliquot of the patient's blood or blood plasma. The company markets its products through direct sales force and independent distributors to hospitals and blood banks located in the United States, Europe, Japan, Asia-Pacific, Canada, and Latin America.
