ImmunoGen has collaborative partnerships with sanofi-aventis, Biogen Idec, Inc.; Boehringer Ingelheim International GmbH; Centocor, Inc.; Millennium Pharmaceuticals, Inc.; Abgenix, Inc.; Genentech, Inc.; and GlaxoSmithKline plc. The company was organized in 1981 and is headquartered in Cambridge, Massachusetts.
