CWS segment provides waste disposal services, including contract negotiations with service providers, centralized billing, invoice auditing, and centralized dispatching. WESSCO segment sells, leases, and services waste handling and recycling equipment. The company was incorporated in 1953 under the name Alson Manufacturing, Inc. and subsequently changed its name to Industrial Services of America, Inc. Industrial Services of America is headquartered in Louisville, Kentucky.
