The OVP segment offers private label vaccine and pharmaceuticals, primarily for cattle, as well as for other animals, including small mammals, horses, and fish. The company sells its products directly, as well as through independent third party distributors and other distribution relationships. The company was incorporated as Paravax, Inc. in 1988 and changed its name to Heska Corporation in 1995. Heska is headquartered in Loveland, Colorado.
