The housekeeping, laundry, linen, and other services segment offers housekeeping services, which involves cleaning, disinfecting, and sanitizing resident areas in its clients' facilities; laundry services, which involve in the laundering and processing of the residents' personal clothing; linen services that involve providing, laundering, and processing of the sheets, pillow cases, blankets, towels, uniforms, and assorted linen items used by its clients' facilities; and maintenance services, which consist of repair and maintenance of laundry equipment, plumbing, and electrical systems, as well as carpentry and painting. The food services segment develops a menu that meets the residents' dietary needs, purchasing and preparing the food to assure that residents receive an appetizing meal, and participation in monitoring the residents' on-going nutritional status. It also provides consulting services to facilities in updating their food service operations. Healthcare Services Group was founded in 1976 and is based in Bensalem, Pennsylvania.
