The company has strategic alliances with Aurum Technology, BEA Systems, Compaq, EDS Japan, Hewlett-Packard, IBM, Microsoft, Oracle, Sun Microsystems, and Surecomp. Fundtech was co-founded by Reuven Ben Menachem and was incorporated as Fundtrust Technologies Limited in 1993. Subsequently, it changed its name to Fundtech, Ltd. in 1994. The company is based in Ramat-Gan, Israel.
