The company also provides concrete and aggregates to local readymix producers and paving contractors in the Austin, Texas area and northern California. Eagle Materials was founded in 1963. It was formerly known as Centex Construction Products, Inc. and changed its name to Eagle Materials, Inc. in 2004. The company is based in Dallas, Texas.
