The investment seeks to replicate, net of expenses, the MSCI Emerging Markets Eastern Europe Index. The fund will invest at least 90% of assets in securities and in depositary receipts that comprise the index. The index is designed to measure the equity market performance of the following four emerging market countries: Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland and Russia. The fund is nondiversified.
