The company's properties include Clair, Provost-Alliance-Wainwright, Brooks, Sylvan Lake, Ricinus-Ferrier, and Lochend properties in Alberta, as well as Desan property in the province of British Columbia. Its also has interest in Grant, Lincoln, and Logan Counties in Oklahoma; and Powder River Basin of Wyoming and Southern Montana, as well as Saskatchewan. As of December 31, 2006, the company's estimated proved and probable reserves were 4,135 thousand barrels of light and medium crude oil, 1,380 thousand barrels of heavy oil, 1,013 thousand barrels of natural gas liquids, and 46,139 million cubic feet of natural gas. It also had interest in approximately 1611 gross producing and non-producing oil and gas wells. The company was founded in 1998 and is headquartered in Calgary, Canada.
