The EmCare segment provides outsourced emergency department staffing and related management services to healthcare facilities. These services include contract management; staffing; recruiting; scheduling; payroll administration and benefits; customer satisfaction programs; and unbundled management services, such as billing and collection, scheduling, recruitment, risk management, and administrative services. The company offers its services to communities, hospitals, government agencies, independent physician groups, healthcare facilities, attending medical staff, and insurers. Emergency Medical Services Corporation is headquartered in Greenwood Village, Colorado.
