The investment seeks to track the price and yield performance, before fees and expenses, of the WisdomTree International Energy Sector Index. The fund uses a representative sampling strategy. The index measures the performance of energy companies in developed markets outside of the U.S. that pay regular cash dividends on shares of common stock. Companies are weighted in the index based on regular cash dividends paid. It is comprised of oil and gas producers, oil and gas services, pipelines, alternative energy sources and coal companies. The fund is nondiversified.
