Its technologies include diode and transistor (D&T) arrays in multipin surface-mount packages; Powermite3 surface-mount packages; Schottkys, switching, and rectifier diodes; single and dual prebiased transistors; tolerance and low current zener diodes; subminiature surface-mount packages; transient voltage suppressors; small signal transistors and MOSFETs; and rectifiers. The company's product line includes density diode and transistor arrays in ultra-miniature surface-mount packages and silicon wafers used in manufacturing these products. Its products are designed into various end-products, such as wireless devices, notebook computers, flat-panel displays, set-top boxes, game consoles, digital cameras, cellular phones, PDAs, power supplies, security systems, network routers and switches, DC to DC conversion, as well as into automotive electronic applications, GPS navigation, satellite radios, and audio/video players. DII sells its products through electronic component distributors in North America, Asia, and Europe. The company was founded in 1959 and is headquartered in Westlake Village, California.
