The investment seeks to track the price and yield performance, before fees and expenses, of the WisdomTree International Basic Materials Sector Index. The fund uses a representative sampling strategy. The index measures the performance of basic materials companies in developed markets outside of the U.S. that pay regular cash dividends on shares of common stock. Companies are weighted in the index based on regular cash dividends paid. It is comprised of chemicals, forest products and paper, iron/steel and mining companies. The fund is nondiversified.
