As of November 4, 2005, the bank had 10 full service branches, including 2 in Pickens County, 2 in Cherokee County, 3 in Bartow County, 2 in Forsyth County, and 1 in Fulton County; and 3 commercial lending centers, including 1 each in Cherokee County at Riverstone in Canton, Cobb County at Marietta, and Walton County at Loganville. Crescent Banking Company was founded in 1989 and is headquartered in Jasper, Georgia.
