As of November 11, 2005, CMRG operated 491 Casual Male Big & Tall stores, 13 Casual Male at Sears-Canada stores, and 24 Rochester Big & Tall stores, as well as a direct to consumer business, which included catalog and 2 e-commerce sites, www.casualmale.com and www.rochesterclothing.com. The company was incorporated in 1976 as Designs, Inc. and changed its name to Casual Male Retail Group, Inc. in 2002. CMRG is headquartered in Canton, Massachusetts.
