AVANT Immunotherapeutics has collaborative agreements with GlaxoSmithKline for the development and commercialization of oral rotavirus vaccine; Pfizer, Inc. for discovery and development of vaccines to protect animals, and to develop CDX-110; and Select Vaccines Limited for the development of viral vaccines. The company, formerly known as AVANT Immunotherapeutics, Inc., was founded in 1983 and is headquartered in Needham, Massachusetts.
