China Unicom provides international and domestic long distance services in China based on both the traditional public switched telephony standard and the Internet protocol telephony standard. In addition, the company offers mobile phone navigation service. China Unicom has strategic relationship with China Telecom Corp., Ltd. The company was incorporated in 2000 and is headquartered in Hong Kong. China Unicom Limited is a subsidiary of China Unicom (BVI) Limited.
